As a Bank Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD) at Forest Care Centre’s independent mental health hospital, you will use your compassion and expertise to deliver outstanding care and support. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will care for patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours, ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and active listening. Clinical Care: Provide and supervise the delivery of excellent nursing care, ensuring patients' physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to support patients with complex needs.
Care Planning: Produce well-developed care plans, undertake thorough risk assessments, and maintain compliance with CQC requirements and frameworks.
Flexibility: Work varied casual bank shifts (Days or Nights) to provide cover for annual leave and sickness as required.
Qualifications: Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with an active PIN.
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and a strong understanding of CQC requirements and frameworks.
Experience: Proven experience producing care plans, conducting risk assessments, and working within a clinical team.
