About the Role
We are recruiting a Bank General Assistant on a flexible 0-hour contract to provide essential multi-department support at Forest Care Centre in Mansfield.
In this dynamic and wide-reaching role, no two days are ever the same. Offering schedule flexibility on day shifts, you will assist across various operational departments—including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering—ensuring the care home remains clean, comfortable, and running smoothly while building positive relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out diverse tasks across domestic housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and kitchen/catering support.
Assist with maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all communal areas and resident rooms.
Help in the dining area and kitchen with food service, table setup, and basic food preparation.
Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and distributing resident clothing and linen.
Interact warmly with residents, contributing to a welcoming, homely, and uplifting environment.
