Overseeing daily equipment maintenance and opening/closing procedures, you will act as a key fitness ambassador in Colchester, UK, driving member engagement and promoting Nuffield Health's comprehensive assessment and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities
Instruct studio and pool-based exercise classes while continuously innovating class timetables within budget guidelines in Colchester, UK.
Ensure all fitness equipment is thoroughly cleaned, maintained, and compliant with health, safety, and operational standards in Colchester, UK.
Promote club memberships, health assessments, and wellbeing services while executing opening, closing, and payment procedures in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Recognized, relevant qualifications in group class-based exercise and fitness instruction in Colchester, UK.
Proven experience working within a corporate or commercial fitness environment with strong customer service capabilities in Colchester, UK.
First aid certification and familiarization with Emergency Action Procedures (EAPs) are highly desirable in Colchester, UK.
