As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of catering and hospitality services throughout the home. Key responsibilities include:
Dining Experience: Serving meals and refreshments while ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the kitchen and care teams to support seamless food and beverage service.
Kitchen Support: Assisting with general kitchen duties, food hygiene standards, and preparation tasks.
Customer Care: Greeting residents and visitors with a warm, caring, and professional attitude.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality who meets the following criteria:
Experience: Previous experience working in a hospitality, catering, or customer service environment.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
Attributes: A friendly, caring, and professional approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
