About the Role
As a Home Manager representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you have the exciting opportunity to relocate to the beautiful Isle of Wight and lead one of our premier care homes. Serving as a driving force behind our mission to provide the absolute best person-centered care, you will be empowered with a clear leadership framework while retaining the autonomy to manage your home successfully. You will oversee daily operations, foster strong community links, ensure strict compliance with CQC and safeguarding guidelines, and guide your team to maintain a thriving, high-quality environment.
About You
We are looking for an inspirational, resilient, and commercially astute leader ready for a rewarding relocation opportunity.
Experience: Proven track record in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, ideally running a Good or Outstanding rated care home.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Attributes: Inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to develop high-performing teams.
