ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Night Senior Carer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Assist the clinical team in key operational areas such as medication administration, assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
Respect and uphold the dignity, rights, and preferences of every resident.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment where residents feel safe and supported.

Requirements & Skills:
Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding and specific experience in clinical care for the elderly.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal, motivational, and people management skills.
Attitude: A passionate approach to upholding resident dignity and delivering high standards of care.
