Plan and organise current promotions or exciting in-store events.
Listen and respond proactively to customer feedback to react accordingly.
Ensure market-leading product availability across the entire store.
Collaborate with other store managers to foster a supportive and performance-driven department culture.
Efficiently manage all people routines, taking full accountability for department scheduling, absence, performance, and talent development.
Deliver targeted training to equip team members with the capability and confidence to excel in their roles.
Motivate and lead colleagues to work purposefully, delivering outstanding performance against all department targets.
Take an active leadership role within the wider store and ensure thorough resource planning.
