Supportive Bridge Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK care provider for a Senior Care Assistant - Nights position in Norwich. This role is ideal for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care while supporting and guiding the care team in a residential care home.
Support and work alongside the care team to deliver high standards of person-centred care.
Monitor residents' wellbeing, identify changes in health or care needs, and ensure care plans are updated accordingly.
Participate in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating person-centred care plans.
Support residents with medication requirements in accordance with care procedures.
Conduct staff supervisions and assist with the development and mentoring of care staff.
Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
Escalate concerns or complaints appropriately while promoting a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Maintain accurate care documentation and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar care environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to support, motivate, and develop colleagues.
