About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to connect entrepreneurial retail leaders with an exciting career opportunity at Morrisons Daily in Bedford.
Are you a customer-focused leader with a passion for retail and community? Morrisons is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to run one of their busy convenience stores like it's your own business. Serving as the heart of the store, your mission will be to serve customers, support colleagues, and champion the local community across four key areas:
Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, driving sales, managing costs, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Team Leadership & Development: Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing development while championing an inclusive, motivating culture.
Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous health, safety, compliance standards, and an efficient shopping environment. (Note: Stores with Post Office services require a mandatory P250 financial check).
Community Engagement: Build positive, supportive relationships within the local neighbourhood.
About You
