About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and customer-focused Customer Assistant for their Online team in Tiverton. In this vital operational role, you will use in-store tech to pick and pack customer grocery orders quickly and carefully, ensuring shoppers get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it, ready for home delivery or collection.
Key Responsibilities
Picking & Packing: Use in-store technology to find, select, and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Structured Workflow: Work within a fast-paced environment following clear routines and timed activities to keep operations running smoothly.
Cross-Department Support: Provide flexible support to other in-store departments, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily business needs.
Customer-First Delivery: Maintain high standards to ensure every online order makes a positive difference for Morrisons shoppers.

Age Requirement: Must be over the school leaver’s age (and over 18 for specific equipment or health and safety guidelines where applicable).
Approach: A helpful, friendly demeanor with a strong passion for putting customers first.
Work Ethic: Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and thriving in a busy, structured, and tech-assisted environment.
Flexibility: Available to work flexible shift patterns anytime between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
