About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a creative and enthusiastic Bank Activities Coordinator for Werrington Lodge Care Home.
In this flexible, casual role, you will help create a stimulating, life-affirming environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Aligning with Barchester's ethos of celebrating life, you will devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to individual interests and abilities. You will spend time getting to know residents and their families to build tailored programs designed to maximise wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Devise and deliver imaginative, fun, and motivational activities and events.
Engage with residents and their families to understand individual interests and preferences.
Create tailored activity programs aimed at enhancing wellbeing, independence, and social connection.
Build strong links with the local community to enrich residents' experiences.
Provide flexible cover for planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sick leave).
About You

Note: Similar prior experience is ideal but not essential, as comprehensive training and development opportunities are provided.
