Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Work collaboratively within multi-professional teams, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, key workers, and families.
Safety & Safeguarding: Uphold robust risk management, incident reporting, and safeguarding protocols, identifying and escalating concerns appropriately.

Diploma or BSc Degree in Midwifery Studies.
Evidence of successful completion of a Band 5 Preceptorship Programme and midwifery competency documentation.
Demonstrable post-registration experience across a range of midwifery settings (e.g., antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, community, or triage).
Experience of delivering holistic, woman-centred care using evidence-based practices.
Solid knowledge of safeguarding policies, clinical guidelines, and multidisciplinary working frameworks.
Salary: £39,959 to £48,117 per annum (Agenda for Change Pay Scheme).
Inclusion: UHB is committed to an inclusive, values-driven culture and provides reasonable adjustments for staff with disabilities or long-term health conditions.
