Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant at Pebble Mill Care Home in Birmingham. You will give residents social, emotional and personal care matched to their needs – from companionship to help with personal care – work alongside the nurse or senior carer to monitor residents and report changes, and keep families and other health professionals in the loop.

Key details

• Pay: £12.75 – £13.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• Contract: permanent, full-time

• Shifts: days (8am–8pm) or nights (8pm–8am), with alternate weekends

• Location: Pebble Mill Care Home, 2 Mill Pool Way, Birmingham B5 7EG

What you'll need

• Good people skills and a positive, motivated attitude

• Care experience is welcome, but new carers are considered too – training is provided, including on digital care systems
