Procurement Contracts Manager
Location: Maidstone (with travel between KIMS Hospital and Lyca Health sites as required)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £45,000.00 – £50,000.00 per annum

Lead on managing procurement contracts across the Group, covering medical consumables, implants, services, and equipment.
Ensure robust contract governance, mitigating legal, commercial, and financial risks while driving value through tendering and negotiations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement processes support efficient clinical outcomes.
Contribute to major projects, cost management processes, and the digitalisation of procurement and contract management across the organisation.
Competitive starting salary ranging from £45,000.00 to £50,000.00 per annum.

At least 2 years of proven experience in contracts management within procurement and supplies (healthcare background is a wonderful bonus!).
CIPS qualification or degree-level education in Procurement, Business Management, or equivalent.
Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a proven ability to lead change, negotiate complex contracts, and influence at all levels.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
