In this role, you will help residents enjoy each day by delivering high-quality care, respect, and companionship. From supporting residents with daily living routines and care plans to sharing warm conversations and dedicated one-on-one time, your compassion will ensure every resident feels valued and supported.
What You'll Do
Personalized Support: Assist residents with daily tasks, mobility, personal care, and nutritional needs according to their care plans.
Companionship: Spend quality time connecting with residents, offering warm engagement, and creating lasting positive memories.
Dynamic Care Environment: Adapt smoothly to varied responsibilities in a supportive care setting.
Flexible Coverage: Provide essential shift coverage during staff holidays, training, or busy periods across day or night shifts.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a professional or personal setting.
