About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will step in to provide cover during planned or unplanned staff absences (such as annual leave or sickness), ensuring residents receive personalized, dignified, and warm care around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care & Daily Support: Assist residents with mobility, personal care routines, dressing, and support during mealtimes.

• Care Plan Delivery: Follow individual care plans and risk assessments to ensure resident safety, dignity, and wellbeing.

• Companionship: Dedicate quality one-to-one time to residents, sharing meaningful moments and supporting emotional health.

• Teamwork: Work alongside senior carers, nurses, and home staff to maintain a safe, welcoming, and comforting care environment.

About You

We are looking for warm-hearted, dedicated individuals with excellent communication skills and a genuine heart for supporting older adults.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience caring for older people (in professional or personal care settings).
