Salary: £22.78 per hour + Paid Breaks
Contract Type: Part-Time, 24 hours per week (2 x 12-hour night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00)

We are partnering with Richmond Villages Wood Norton (part of Bupa) to find a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse to join their team on night shifts. In this role, you will take charge of unit operations, uphold the highest clinical standards, and empower residents to live independent, fulfilling lives in a supportive, luxury environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for the well-being of residents during nights, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are expertly met.
Driving and managing the unit alongside clinical duties, including carrying out assessments and updating individualized care plans.
Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure strict safety standards, policies, and CQC compliance.
Coaching, guiding, and mentoring the care team, providing both formal and informal teaching to drive clinical best practices.

A valid NMC pin with a strong commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional growth.
