Key Responsibilities

• Fast-Paced Stocking: Replenish shelves efficiently to ensure maximum product availability for shoppers.

• Delivery & Quality Checks: Receive and check deliveries, ensuring all products meet Aldi’s high freshness and quality standards.

• Merchandising: Keep displays clean, organized, and looking their absolute best.

• Customer Support: Provide friendly and efficient assistance to customers whenever needed on the shop floor.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Pace & Energy: Comfortable replenishing stock at a fast pace and staying active on your feet.

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to support your team and assist customers.

• Reliable & Adaptable: Dependable work ethic with a flexible, "can-do" approach in a fast-moving setting.

• No experience required! Retail experience is a bonus, but your attitude matters most.
