Are you a graduate ready to step up and shape the future of digital retail? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Tesco to recruit driven participants for their prestigious Technology – Product Management Graduate Scheme based at their leafy, green campus in Welwyn Garden City.
From day one, you’ll be the voice of our customers, using analytical skills to solve problems, define product roadmaps, and bring innovative products to life. During this exciting 2-year scheme, you will lead cross-functional teams from discovery through to delivery, hold workshops with stakeholders, write user stories, and even spend time in Tesco labs trying out new tech!
Competitive Salary: £40,000 per year.
Bonus Scheme: Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a team from discovery to delivery, working closely with Programme Managers and Software Engineers.
Product Vision & Strategy: Take ownership of products, defining their future direction and creating aligned product backlogs.
Customer & Data Analysis: Run stakeholder workshops, write user stories, collate data, and analyze customer feedback to define roadmaps.
Potential & Curiosity: You don’t need prior agile or product management experience—we are looking for curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn on the job.
