As a Bank Host through Supportive Bridge, your presence during mealtimes will be vital. You will ensure residents receive dignified, personalized attention, promote social interaction, and help turn everyday dining into a wonderful, high-standard experience.
Key Responsibilities
Set up tables and serve residents in the village restaurant and café during mealtimes.
Prepare food trays and provide personalized room service for residents preferring to dine in their rooms.
Serve drinks at the village bar as required (applicable to applicants over 18 years old).
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and safety across the restaurant, café, and kitchen areas.
Support ad hoc tasks as needed, such as restocking residents' personal kitchens or delivering refreshments across the village.
What We Are Looking For

Background in customer service, with previous catering or kitchen experience considered a bonus (though full training is provided).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive within a tight-knit, collaborative team.
