As a Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for delivering high-quality nursing care, upholding clinical governance, and maintaining safeguarding standards. Working closely with GPs and multi-disciplinary teams, you will coordinate shift management and champion individual resident well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Nurse in Charge during assigned shifts, leading medication administration, care planning, and shift management.
Perform clinical procedures including catheterization, syringe driver management, blood sampling, peg feeding, and stoma care.
Collaborate with external healthcare professionals and GPs while maintaining strict infection prevention and control standards.
Requirements
Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC with a valid UK NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Strong clinical decision-making skills, understanding of care planning, and physical capability to support resident mobility.
Solid understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and right to work in Norwich, UK.
