About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, reliable individuals for their retail replenishment team in Liskeard.

In this role, you will work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. You will thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that keep everything running smoothly. Featuring convenient evening and weekend scheduling (with shifts potentially starting as early as 4:00 AM), this role is ideal for a dedicated team player who wants to ensure customers can get what they need, when they need it. Plus, you’ll receive training to support other store departments like Market Street or Customer Service, making you a vital multi-skilled asset to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep store shelves fully stocked and impeccably presented with fresh and ambient products.

• Follow structured routines and timed activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Manage flexible shift patterns efficiently, including evenings, weekends, and early morning starts (from 4:00 AM).

• Provide flexible support across other store teams, such as Market Street or Customer Service, whenever needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all operational processes.
