Hours: Full-time agency shifts (Day shifts: 08:00 – 20:00; Waking Nights: 20:00 – 08:00)

We are currently seeking dedicated Complex Healthcare Assistants to support an individual living with athetoid cerebral palsy and spinal scoliosis in Paddock Wood.

The client requires 24-hour ventilatory support via tracheostomy, including suctioning and careful positioning for comfort. Key Responsibilities

• Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert 24-hour ventilatory support via tracheostomy, including safe suctioning and precise positioning for comfort and pressure relief.

• Personality-Led Engagement: Use everyday conversation, creativity, and shared interests to build meaningful relationships and enrich the client's quality of life.

• Initiative & Connection: Take initiative to look for opportunities to improve daily life, create fun new experiences, and build robust community connections.

• Care Plan Adherence: Follow nurse-written care plans meticulously while remaining calm under pressure and showing unwavering patience and compassion.
