This is a dynamic, people-oriented role offering great variety and everyday challenges. Working across service, picking, and replenishment areas, you will help shoppers experience a fantastic trip every single day.

Availability & Working Hours

• Contracted Hours: 16 hours per week (guaranteed minimum hours, with options to discuss flexibility down to 12 hours if preferred).

• Required Availability Window:

  • Sunday: 06:00 – 19:00

  • Monday: 05:00 – 14:00

  • Tuesday: 05:00 – 14:00

  • Saturday: 05:00 – 12:00

• Note: You will receive 3 weeks' notice of your exact shift schedules. Applicants must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role (due to early-morning working hours starting before 6:15 AM).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Put customers first, greeting shoppers with a smile and serving with passion, pride, and natural warmth.

• Store Operations: Work flexibly across store service, picking, and replenishment areas, and occasionally help accept store deliveries.

• Product Care & Standards: Handle products carefully to maintain high quality, reduce waste, and keep shelves well-stocked and tidy.

• Team & Community Spirit: Take part in seasonal and community activities, building strong team morale and following all safety policies.
