We are partnering with the award-winning Richmond Villages Wood Norton to find a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie on a flexible bank basis. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a diverse range of nutritious, high-quality dishes within our contemporary village restaurant.

• Cater to various dietary requirements while ensuring every meal is both appealing and delicious, enhancing residents' daily dining experience.

• Maintain a calm, organised approach during busy service times, adhering strictly to food safety and health and safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team to deliver excellence at every mealtime while supporting a fun and engaging community atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment.

• Desirable: An NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds qualification, and a CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award (or equivalent), alongside a solid understanding of kitchen health and safety.

• Open to new ideas with an innovative, organised approach to cooking and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• A strong team player who enjoys working with others and shares a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
