Hours: 20.00 hours per week (4 x 10-hour shifts per week, including alternate weekend working)

About the Role
As a Permanent Kitchen Assistant at Darcy Gardens Care Home, you will help provide first-class food and hospitality to ensure our residents enjoy an exceptional dining experience and optimal wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the production of wholesome, nutritious meals that support resident health and daily life.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food preparation safety in the kitchen.
Interacting directly with residents, getting to know their preferences, and enhancing their overall hospitality experience.
Working collaboratively as a valued asset to both the kitchen and care teams.

(Note: Formal catering qualifications are not necessary, though any prior experience in a commercial or care setting would be a bonus! Full training is provided.)
