Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Bank Contract (Total schedule flexibility)

We are partnering with Canning Court (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Assistant for a flexible bank role. In this deeply rewarding position, you will be at the heart of our community, delivering person-centred care that champions independence, dignity, and choice on your own terms.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific individual needs.
Supporting residents with a wide range of requirements, from friendly companionship to sensitive personal care.
Working closely as part of a team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.
Communicating effectively with residents' families, friends, and visiting healthcare professionals.
