About the Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to act as your talent partner for this exciting opportunity with Fresenius Kabi Ltd, a global leader in lifesaving medicines and clinical technologies. We are searching for a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse to join their expanding Home IV Therapy team as a Clinical Nurse Advisor.
In this field-based role around Peterborough, you will empower chronically and critically ill patients to live independently and comfortably at home by delivering exceptional, one-to-one clinical care in collaboration with the NHS.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized care and support for patients requiring parenteral nutrition, IV antibiotics, and IVIG therapies.
Conduct daily community visits to connect and disconnect patients to parenteral feeding systems.
Monitor and manage nutritional support, ensuring patients enjoy a high quality of life at home.
Facilitate smooth hospital discharges in liaison with healthcare teams and offer ongoing education and support to patients, families, and carers.
Manage an autonomous clinical caseload while adhering strictly to the NMC Code of Conduct and professional practice guidelines.
Person Specification
Essential Qualifications: Valid, current UK NMC registration and a minimum of 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
Driving Requirements: Full UK driving licence.
Core Competencies: Confident and professional communication skills in one-to-one patient environments; exceptional time management and workload organization; adaptable to the shifting needs of a dynamic healthcare service.
Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
