About the Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to act as your talent partner for this exciting opportunity with Fresenius Kabi Ltd, a global leader in lifesaving medicines and clinical technologies. We are searching for a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse to join their expanding Home IV Therapy team as a Clinical Nurse Advisor.

In this field-based role around Peterborough, you will empower chronically and critically ill patients to live independently and comfortably at home by delivering exceptional, one-to-one clinical care in collaboration with the NHS.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care and support for patients requiring parenteral nutrition, IV antibiotics, and IVIG therapies.

• Conduct daily community visits to connect and disconnect patients to parenteral feeding systems.

• Monitor and manage nutritional support, ensuring patients enjoy a high quality of life at home.

• Facilitate smooth hospital discharges in liaison with healthcare teams and offer ongoing education and support to patients, families, and carers.

• Manage an autonomous clinical caseload while adhering strictly to the NMC Code of Conduct and professional practice guidelines.

Person Specification

• Essential Qualifications: Valid, current UK NMC registration and a minimum of 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.

• Driving Requirements: Full UK driving licence.

• Core Competencies: Confident and professional communication skills in one-to-one patient environments; exceptional time management and workload organization; adaptable to the shifting needs of a dynamic healthcare service.

• Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
