Key Responsibilities

• Manage full operational, financial, and regulatory compliance of the care home, ensuring consistently high CQC standards and occupancy levels.

• Provide strong, compassionate leadership to motivate multidisciplinary teams and foster continuous service improvement.

• Drive local community engagement and execute effective marketing strategies to showcase the home's high-quality services.

Requirements

• Proven track record in care home management with a history of maintaining Good or Outstanding regulatory ratings.

• Strong commercial acumen, including budget control, marketing expertise, and occupancy growth experience.

• Deep knowledge of CQC guidelines, safeguarding protocols, and person-centred care delivery.
