Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting for a casual, flexible Bank Chef position at Mount House & Severn View. Enjoy hotel- and restaurant-standard culinary work without the grueling split shifts and long work weeks. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will help create nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus, engaging directly with residents to tailor meals around their preferences.

What You Need to Have
Qualifications: Hold City & Guilds / NVQ / SVQ or equivalent certification.
Experience: Experience working with fresh, seasonal food and helping lead, inspire, and motivate a kitchen team.
Knowledge: A good understanding of nutrition and HACCP guidelines.
Attributes: A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in resident wellbeing and the ability to create a welcoming, efficient environment.
What You Will Need to Do
Help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
Prepare fresh produce to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes cooked to the highest standards.
Help create a warm, efficient, and fun dining environment.
Work within budgets, complete regular audits, and manage stock control.
