Live-In Health Care Assistant (Complex Care)

Location: New Milton, Hampshire (One-to-one home care — Driver's Licence Required)

Schedule: Live-in rotational pattern (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)

Pay Rate: £100 – £135 per day

We are currently recruiting a supportive Live-In Care Assistant to support a complex care client in New Milton, Hampshire. (Note: This is dedicated home care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple houses!)

What You Will Do

• Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred support tailored to a client with complex medical and daily needs in their own home.

• Use your valid driver's licence to assist with outings, errands, or appointments as required.

• Work proactively within a small, consistent core team dedicated to a single client residence.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 6 months of care experience combined with a valid driver's licence.

• Compassion, reliability, resilience, and a proactive, attentive approach to complex live-in care.

• Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
