In this role, you will be essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the fitness facility. You will work alongside a supportive team to ensure that members enjoy a spotless, hygienic, and welcoming environment during every visit.

Role Description

As a Clean Team Member, you will carry out essential daily cleaning tasks using modern equipment to maintain peak hygiene across gym floors, changing areas, and poolside facilities. By following established cleaning procedures and organizing your time efficiently, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare various facility areas including gym floors, changing rooms, showers, and poolside spaces.

• Safely operate specialist cleaning machinery, such as rotary machines, scrubber dryers, and carpet cleaners.

• Perform periodic deep cleaning, manage waste removal, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably within a customer-facing or leisure setting.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow safety and hygiene processes effectively.

• Friendly, approachable manner with good communication skills for interacting with team members and guests.
