About this role
As a Care Assistant - Nights, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care during overnight shifts, ensuring residents remain comfortable, safe, and well supported. Working closely with the care team, you will promote dignity and independence while responding promptly to residents' individual needs throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and overnight support while promoting residents' dignity, comfort, and independence.
Monitor residents' wellbeing, identifying and reporting any changes in health or care needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, caring, and supportive environment during night shifts.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A caring, respectful, and dependable approach with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible night shifts, including alternate weekends, as part of a team.
