Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse (RGN - Bank) on behalf of our client for Henford House Care Home in Warminster, Wiltshire. In this casual bank position, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents, managing physical, psychological, and social needs while making critical clinical decisions overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, update, and manage comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents.

• Administer medication safely in strict compliance with NMC guidelines and Royal Pharmaceutical standards.

• Exercise professional clinical judgment to provide flexible, outstanding care during night shifts as required.

Requirements

• Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

• Solid knowledge of contemporary clinical practices, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA).

• Compassionate, self-motivated approach with excellent clinical and decision-making abilities.
