In this part-time fixed-term role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 24 hours per week ensuring the safety and wellbeing of members utilizing wet-side facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa. You will maintain constant vigilance, enforce pool safety guidelines, respond swiftly to poolside incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise wet-side facilities (swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room) to guarantee member safety in Colchester, UK.

• Enforce Pool Safety Guidelines, maintain continuous scanning vigilance, and respond immediately to any emergencies in Colchester, UK.

• Engage with members, answer inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming poolside environment in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Mandatory National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent with up-to-date ongoing training records in Colchester, UK.

• High level of swimming proficiency, safety awareness, and emergency response skills in Colchester, UK.

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong team communication and customer service abilities in Colchester, UK.
