Position: Care and Support Worker (Nights) — Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Welland Place, Market Harborough (LE16 7GD)
Hours: 33 hours per week (night shifts)
Pay Rate: £13.79 per hour

Personal & Practical Care: Provide person-centred care to meet residents' personal, social, emotional, and practical needs in line with individual care plans.
Keyworker Duties: Act as a key worker for a group of service users, supporting their wellbeing and helping them settle smoothly into the scheme.
Mobility & Hygiene: Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and the safe use of aids and equipment following risk assessments.
Safety & Emergencies: Respond appropriately to calls for assistance and emergency situations, maintaining accurate records and upholding safeguarding standards.
Personal Qualities: A kind, patient, and committed approach with a genuine interest in supporting older people.
Communication Skills: Clear communication abilities and strong listening skills to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
Experience: Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential—full training and support are provided, with encouragement to work towards a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Market Harborough for a manageable and balanced commute.
