As a Shift Manager, you will be a vital pillar of the store's leadership team. What You’ll Do

• Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team on every shift, cultivating a supportive work environment where everyone can succeed.

• Operational Control: Confidently manage store operations and guide team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Swiftly tackle day-to-day challenges, delegate tasks effectively, and keep processes moving smoothly.

• Commercial Performance: Oversee essential cash processes, inventory control, stock management, and strict freshness checks.

• Customer Excellence: Ensure the team delivers an exceptional, friendly shopping experience to every customer, every time.
