Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care providers for individuals with complex needs. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a cheerful young female in Maidstone.
The client loves sensory-based activities and getting out and about regularly—including trips to the shops, visits to the zoo, picnics in the park, and family outings! If you have a positive, compassionate nature and want to make a genuine difference, this is the ideal role for you.
Person-Centred Community Support: Support the client to enjoy her favorite outings, including park picnics, zoo visits, shopping trips, and interactive sensory experiences.
Specialist Clinical Care: Provide expert support for health conditions including 4P Syndrome (chromosome 4 deletion), developmental delay, diabetes, and hearing loss.
Clinical Support & Nutrition: Assist with enteral feeding and safe medication administration (full specialist medication training provided).
Care Plan Adherence & Monitoring: Closely observe and monitor the client's health, follow nurse-written care plans precisely, and maintain accurate daily documentation.
