Barchester is seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to join the team at Falmouth Court Care Home. In this rewarding night-shift role, you will help ensure residents enjoy comfort and security throughout the night, assisting with daily living, providing meaningful companionship, and delivering person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Nighttime Support: Assist residents with their needs through the night, following personalized care plans.
Companionship & Care: Offer dedicated one-to-one time, emotional support, and assistance with food and drink.
Dignity & Respect: Champion the independence, comfort, and personal preferences of every resident.
Collaboration: Work closely with the care team to maintain a safe, calm, and supportive atmosphere overnight.
About You
To thrive as a Night Care Assistant, you will bring:
Previous experience caring for older people.
