About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver for their Weston-super-Mare store. In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be the face of Morrisons on the road, delivering fresh products directly to customers' doors and bringing "miles of smiles" to every stop.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a helpful and friendly attitude, going above and beyond for every shopper.
On-Time Deliveries: Navigate daily routes safely and efficiently to ensure fresh goods arrive on time.
Handling & Safety: Safely load and unload customer orders, lifting and moving delivery totes weighing up to 18kg while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
Problem Solving: Use your initiative to address and resolve any delivery or customer queries on the spot.
What We Are Looking For
Licence Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving licence for over 1 year with no more than 6 penalty points.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (and over the legal school-leaver age).
Work Ethic: Enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and meeting new people every day.
Attitude: A proactive, helpful, and customer-first mindset.
