You will deliver a warm, professional welcome to visitors, manage face-to-face and phone inquiries, maintain front desk operations, and assist with site safety by covering lifeguard breaks as needed in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet club members and visitors warmly, offering helpful, efficient, and empathetic customer service in Colchester, UK.

• Manage reception operations, answer phone calls, handle incoming inquiries, and perform basic IT tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel in Colchester, UK.

• Provide floor and pool cover, maintaining strong swimming standards and undergoing required site training to cover lifeguard breaks in Colchester, UK.

Requirements
