As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the exceptional quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of needs while utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering comprehensive clinical care and assessing residents' needs.
Developing tailored, person-centred care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Practising with true autonomy, respect, and support.
About You
To join us as a Registered Nurse, you will need a strong clinical background and a person-centred approach:
Qualifications: Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Experience: Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Qualities: Dedication, compassion, and a thoughtful, professional nursing style.
