In this engaging part-time role (16 hours per week) located in Colchester, UK, you will design and implement tailored activity programs, organize social events, and drive the home minibus for community outings. Supported by Care UK's Learning Academy in Colchester, UK, you will receive full induction training and coaching to help you build enriching connections between residents, families, and local community groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute personalized activity plans that encourage physical engagement, mental stimulation, and independence in Colchester, UK.

• Safely operate the home minibus to transport residents on community outings and local excursions in Colchester, UK.

Requirements
