Clinical Deputy Manager

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join their care home in St Albans, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership experience to support the delivery of outstanding clinical care while leading and developing a dedicated nursing team. You'll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality nursing care and personalised care plans for residents.

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team while maintaining appropriate staffing levels and clinical standards.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local healthcare partners to enhance care services.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration with previous nursing leadership or management experience.

• Strong knowledge of care planning, infection control, and clinical governance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a compassionate approach.
