Location: Watersmead Care Home, White Horse Way, Westbury, BA13 3AH
Pay Rate: £14.17 per hour (with higher rates of pay at weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent / 36 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: Night shifts, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Watersmead Care Home in Westbury.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Permanent Night Care Assistant (36 hours per week) to make a real, positive difference to our residents' lives through the night. You will support nighttime routines, personal care (washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use), and help ensure our residents feel safe, secure, and peaceful while they sleep.

Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to build wonderful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent 36-hour contract working regular night shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
