We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit a dedicated Warehouse Operative for their advanced manufacturing and processing site in Brackley. Key Responsibilities
Stock & Order Management: Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan products into stock, apply correct labels to pallets, and pick/scan customer orders to ensure correct products and use-by dates.
Vehicle Loading & Dispatch: Load vehicles accurately using the WMS system, ensuring orders are checked and scanned onto vehicles in the correct order.
Quality & Temperature Control: Take accurate product temperatures and record information to ensure items remain within specification. Process returned products and handle stock takes as required.
Communication: Effectively communicate and collaborate with other staff members across dispatch and production.

What We Are Looking For
Skills: Good level of English, basic numeracy skills, and strong attention to detail.
Abilities: The ability to work well within a team, communicate effectively, and maintain a flexible attitude toward tasks.
Experience: Previous production or manufacturing experience is welcome, though not essential.
Important Requirements:
Due to strict Bird Welfare standards, applicants must not own any avian pets or poultry.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment that can be noisy and refrigerated in certain areas.
