At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we connect dedicated care professionals with leading healthcare environments across the UK. We are currently recruiting a compassionate Night Care Assistant on behalf of Barchester Healthcare for Juniper House Care Home in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a peaceful, safe, and supportive environment for residents overnight. Working 24 hours per week on structured night shifts (19:30 to 07:30 with rotational weekends), you will deliver dedicated care, companionship, and peace of mind to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with night-time routines, personal care, and mobility support.
Perform regular welfare checks throughout the night to ensure resident comfort and safety.
Follow individual care plans to deliver tailored, person-centred support.
Provide reassuring companionship and prompt assistance whenever residents need care overnight.
Collaborate effectively with night nursing and care staff to ensure smooth shift handovers.

Experience: Previous experience caring for older people.
