ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Night Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment for residents overnight. This casual bank position offers true flexibility, allowing you to choose night shifts that suit your schedule while providing essential cover for annual leave or sickness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with night-time routines, personal care, and mobility support.
Conduct regular welfare and safety checks throughout the night to ensure resident comfort and security.
Follow tailored care plans to deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect.
Provide reassuring companionship and prompt assistance whenever residents require support.
Support night nursing and care staff to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

Requirements & Attributes:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people.
