Advertising Rate: Competitive Agency Rates (Based on an attractive hourly rate of £15.40 – £17.60 per hour, with enhanced rates for nights and bank holidays)
Hours: Full-time/Flexible temporary agency shifts (Hove waking nights: Thu/Fri 22:00 – 08:00; Lewes day shifts: 08:00 – 18:00 and weekend nights: 21:00 – 07:00)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care professionals for children and young people with complex clinical needs across the Brighton and Sussex area. We are currently recruiting compassionate Children’s Complex Care Assistants to support two specific packages: a 13-year-old boy in Hove and a 1-year-old girl in Lewes.

Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert support tailored to individual care plans, including ventilator care and monitoring, PEG feeding, oral and nasal suctioning, oxygen and nebulizer administration, and medication management.
Daily Living & Development: Assist with personal care, moving and handling, daily routines, and encouragement of everyday activities or community outings (depending on the client package).
Safety & Emotional Support: Prioritize client safety, provide reassuring emotional support to children and their families, and maintain accurate clinical monitoring records.
Care Plan Adherence: Follow care plans guided by nurse managers closely and raise any safeguarding concerns immediately.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous practical experience within healthcare, support work, or complex care settings.
A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach with high emotional intelligence.

Please note: Due to client preference, these positions are open to female carers only.
Drivers are welcomed, though not strictly essential depending on the package.
