Role Overview

In this role, you will deliver high standards of cleaning and soft services across commercial facilities. Please note that this position requires you to obtain and maintain National Security Clearance, which is rewarded with a fantastic £2,000 annual bonus!
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Hygiene: Perform professional cleaning tasks across commercial facilities—such as offices, corridors, stairwells, meeting rooms, and washrooms—following site-specific schedules.
Soft Services Support: Assist the wider team by setting up rooms for meetings, moving furniture, preparing and clearing refreshments, and occasionally escorting site visitors and contractors.
Stock & Upkeep: Manage cleaning consumables, submit timely replenishment requests, and report any observed facility repairs to management.
Safety & Compliance: Use cleaning materials and equipment in strict accordance with COSHH guidelines, following all statutory and health & safety regulations.
What You Will Need
Experience: Previous experience in a workplace cleaning or support role is an advantage.
Physical Capability: Physically able to carry out general cleaning duties and transport light equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mop buckets, across multi-level sites.
Core Skills: Excellent time-keeping, a meticulous and methodical working style, and a commitment to great customer service.
Communication: Ability to read and speak English fluently to ensure all safe working practices are followed.
Security Clearance: Must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain National Security Clearance prior to commencement.
